All packages are Grass Fed/Grass Finished Scottish Highland Beef raised on our farm in the Missouri Ozarks. We do not use antibiotics, hormones, or ever feed grain so our meat is GMO free, and great for both Keto and Paleo Diets. Everything we sell is Missouri State Inspected, and as such can be purchased in Missouri, at our farm, or for a small fee can be delivered to you.
